I have no idea what the Ricoh SmartMedia Disk Device is or why it's installed in my computer. I just
started up my computer today and it said it's successfully been installed. Most indications would
show it is a program to read SmartMedia cards generally used for cameras. I do have a SmartMedia
card in a camera (a very old-style digital camera), and I do have a card reader, but it is an
external one. I have no reasonable idea why this would be installing itself if I haven't connected
the camera since the hard drive was wiped.
